GeoHub is a geospatial data platform developed by Baltic Satellite Service that supports the processing, analysis, and use of satellite and other spatial data for practical applications across multiple sectors.
GeoHub currently includes 14 deployed applications, including 8 publicly available tools and 6 industry-specific solutions. The platform is actively used across multiple countries by government institutions, IT companies, forestry and agriculture organizations, infrastructure operators, universities, and research institutes.
GeoHub supports open standards (XYZ/TMS, WMS, JSON/GeoJSON), is fully compatible with QGIS and ArcGIS, and is scalable to thousands of users. The platform architecture is designed to support scalable deployment and integration into different operational environments.
The platform enables users to work with satellite, drone, LiDAR, sensor, meteorological, and other spatial data within a single environment. Users can store, process, and analyze diverse datasets, imagery, and layers, build workflows, and publish analytical outputs as web applications.
GeoHub incorporates functionalities for reliability, openness, and interoperability. Open standards, secure data storage, automated backups, and detailed user access controls ensure data integrity, portability, easy recovery, and long-term usability.
Users are able to upload, manage, and export their data independently.
The platform already supports users across Europe and has opened new collaboration opportunities globally, including in Turkey, South Korea, Canada, and beyond.
Key Application Areas
Baltic States (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia)
Latvia & Greece
